Welcome to Dukr. By accessing or using our platform, website, eShop solutions, and standalone utility tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Platform Description

Dukr is a business operating platform offering Point of Sale (POS), eShop templates, Café Management modules, hardware merchandise, and local web utility tools. Free utility tools (such as our Image Metadata Cleaner) are offered to help developers and operators secure their assets.

2. Permitted Use & Usage Policies

To keep our platform secure and fair for all operators, you agree to follow these policies:

  • You may use our free tools (such as the Image Metadata Cleaner) for personal or commercial needs up to the standard daily rate limit.
  • The current free quota tier restricts cleaning to 3 images per user per day.
  • Bypassing, blocking, or altering client-side variables or scripts to defeat usage limits or Stripe subscription paywalls constitutes a violation of these Terms.
  • You may not use Dukr Services to host, advertise, or distribute illegal items or engage in fraudulent business practices.

3. Subscription Billings & Upgrades

Some of our features require a paid subscription or one-time payment:

  • All subscriptions are securely handled via Stripe Checkout and Customer Portals.
  • Paid services recur automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled in your Stripe Customer portal.
  • Refund requests are governed by our support terms and subject to our operational discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

DUKR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE UTILITY TOOLS WILL OPERATE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RAW IMAGE DATA REDUCTIONS WILL PRODUCE PERFECT COLOR MATRICES UNDER ALL FORMATS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUKR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
